Located in the Miller district, housing for the Duneland Village development ranges from one-to four-bedroom units, with ADA units provided at every unit size. Typically two or three units are clustered together to appear as a larger single family home from the street. Building A, shown here, includes a three-bedroom townhouse, a two-bedroom townhouse, and a two-bedroom single-story accessible unit. The housing clusters are designed to vary in scale and in style, promoting a more diverse streetscape. While the budget is tight ($60 per square foot), the houses play with varied materials and porch forms to provide the neighborhood with an architectural richness.
